Help answer the question about medium hair style
Short/ Medium hair style or cut ideas?I've been growing my hair for a while, and its' just coming up to my shoulders now. I can't really grow it too long because my hair is extremely curly and thick so when it grows it's like a monster o___o So I'm looking for a few ideas for a new cut or style. My bangs can either be worn straight across or to the side. I tried to find some pictures of what I have now, but keep in mind that my hair is about a half inch or so longer in the straightened picture.

it depends on the guy and his whole fashion sense. personally i wouldn't cut my hair just b/c "everyone" else is doing it. go with your sense of style. if you like the short look then go for it. frankly, i love a guy with longer hair.

Take your thumb and pull the hair on either side, above your ear, back. Then braid each section about 2-2 1/2 in. long and bobby pin back. Once pinned take your fingers and slightly pull at the roots to poof it up a bit. So Simple and pretty messy/cute. Seriously, 5 min tops.

What about the style like what you have in your display picture. Spiky and messy look, short but short enough to be quick and go type style. If you want any styling ideas or tips just post me an e-mail. Good Luck

so i don't know about you, but i'n not so into updos.

If i was you this i exactly what i'd do(i'll divide it into steps for ya
1. take the shorter of the layers in your hair , give them a few nice thin braids and bobby pin them back, hairspray so you won't get any lose strands.
2. take your curler and curl the rest of your layers OUT one by one. Don't start too close to your head.
3. Get a pretty delicate decorative depending on dress color, to put into your braids.

straighten it, and look up pictures on photobucket.com of myspace site models,
look at their hair, its usually looks really thin and shiny, and straight!
